Annual report of retail sales of alcoholic beverages
The holder of the retail trade licence must notify the Finnish Supervisory Agency of the value of the sales of alcoholic beverages and foods once a year. A report must be submitted separately for each licence. Each licence holder must submit the information to the Finnish Supervisory Agency annually by the end of January. Failure to submit an annual report of retail sales may result in a penalty payment being imposed.
Even if there are no sales during the reporting period, the above-mentioned notifications must still be submitted by the deadline.
Submit the report electronically in the Alcohol Trade Register Allu.
If you are acting on behalf of a company, you must have the right to sign for the company or an authorisation to act on behalf of the company granted by a person with the right to sign. Mandates can be granted in the Suomi.fi service. Select ''Applying permits and reporting of the alcohol sector” as the mandate theme if you want to grant or request an authorisation to both apply for alcohol licences and report data on behalf of a company. However, select ''Reporting of the alcohol sector to the authorities'' instead if you want to grant the right to only report data.
