E-services are the primary means for using services provided by the Finnish Supervisory Agency. Customer service

Customer service provides advice on the tasks and services of the Finnish Supervisory Agency and support in the use of e-services. Customer service phone numbers and e-mail addresses can be found on the Customer Service page.

Registry

If you cannot use e-services, send messages and other documents to the e-mail address of the Finnish Supervisory Agency’s registry kirjaamo(at)lvv.fi. More detailed instructions on how to submit the material is available on its own page.

Telephone number 

Get services and advice by telephone by calling the agency’s customer service numbers, which can be found on the Customer Service page. Each page displays the customer service telephone number for the topic area in question or, in some special cases, an expert’s telephone number may be available. If necessary, you can also call the agency’s switchboard at 0295 254 000. 

E-mail addresses

Customer service can also provide advice by e-mail. You can find the e-mail address for each topic area’s own customer service on the Customer Service page. Some pages also display topic area-specific e-mail addresses. Personnel e-mail addresses are in the format firstname.lastname(at)lvv.fi.
