Form for whistleblowing

You may report a company to the Finnish Supervisory Agency if you believe it operates on the Finnish market and is failing to meet its extended producer responsibility obligations.

Unfortunately, our form for whistleblowing is currently unavailable due to technical issues, which means that submitting a report anonymously is not possible at the moment. We are working to restore the form as soon as possible.

You can submit a report by sending the relevant information to the Finnish Supervisory Agency:

Alternatively, you may also submit reports concerning companies to a producer organisation, which can forward the reports to us on your behalf.
