Customer services at the Finnish Supervisory Agency

Our customer service phone lines will exceptionally close at 12:00 on May 22, 2026 due to training. Our e-service will operate as normal.

Customer services provide advice on the tasks and services of the Finnish Supervisory Agency and support in the use of e-services.

Use e-services when you want to initiate your case

The processing of your case will be fastest when you access services electronically. You can find the e-service channels on our website, each on their own page.

When you wish to initiate your case, you should primarily do so in e-services. If you are unable to use e-services, please see the instructions for submitting the material to the Finnish Supervisory Agency’s registry (in Finnish).

The initiation of matters refers to such things as the submission of applications, notifications, and document requests. A matter cannot be initiated through our customer service.
