Whistleblowing on non-compliance with extended producer responsibility
You may report to the Finnish Supervisory Agency a company that you believe it operates on the Finnish market and is failing to meet its extended producer responsibility obligations.
Contents of the report
You can submit a report using the form below. If you prefer, you can also send your report by email to: [email protected]. The report must include the name of the company.
Do not provide your contact details if you wish to remain anonymous. Under the Act on the Openness of Government Activities, the Finnish Supervisory Authority must generally disclose the content of a report if requested by the party concerned.
If you wish, you can also provide the company’s Business ID or VAT number, as well as the product category covered by extended producer responsibility (vehicles, batteries and accumulators, electrical and electronic equipment, tyres, paper and paper products, packaging, fishing gear containing plastic, single-use plastic products (SUP).
The Finnish Supervisory Authority processes all reports. No information is provided on the handling of individual cases.
